Feng Shui Tips

Feng Shui is not something you can read about and immediately put into
practice.  It takes years of study and on-site practice to be able to do it
correctly.  So, how can I just give you any tips that you can immediately put to
use?

The Eight Mansion School actually provides some concepts which can be
easily put to beneficial use.  The following are steps which you can follow to
change your luck.


1.  Determine which element and kua number you are.  See the table with
years of birth.

2. Numbers 1, 3, 4 and 9 belong to the East group.  2,  6, 7, and 8 belong to
the West group.
.
3.  For the East Group individuals, avoid the Northeast, Northwest, Southwest
and West directions whether you are sitting or sleeping.  The North, East ,
South and Southeast are the directions favorable for your health or
prosperity.

4.  Conversely for the West Group individuals,  the Northeast, Northwest,
Southwest and West directions are favorable for your health and prosperity.  
Avoid the other directions.

Please note that the  Lunar Chinese new year starts on different
dates every year, but for the time being, use February 4 as the
beginning of the new year.  If you were born in January, use the
previous year to find your kua number and element.
