In terms of Flying Star Feng Shui, the annual stars change the luck of
the house or property when the new year begins in February. In 2010,
the most auspicious star - number 8 star will be positioned at the Central
palace (sector) of your property. It will bring luck and prosperity to the
occupants of the house. If the East sector is your home office or study, it
also will bring you good results in your business or study.

The most favorable months starts from March 6 to May 4, when the
monthly stars 1, 9, and 8 fly to this sector. Make use of this space to
increase your prosperity and wealth.

The next annual flying star to activate is the number 9 in the Northwest
sector. Next to the number 8, this star is the future prosperity star. If
you cannot activate the number 8, use the number 9 instead.

Finally, the number 1 star in the West sector will also bring good luck.
Activate this sector if the other sectors are not feasible

The sickness star 2 is at the Northeast. You can minimize its effect by
hanging a wind chime there or use On Yan Water (six copper coins in
salt water).

The number 5 yellow which brings bad luck, accidents etc will be at the
Southwest sector. Put a hourly chiming clock there to pacify it.
